Exchanges and returns

Important Notice:
Returns must be sent to our processing center outside the UK (Asia). Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return costs may vary depending on the courier service and the size/weight of the returned items. These costs can be up to £35.
Please carefully read the return instructions below before sending your parcel.

If you have received incorrect items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@londons-finest.com to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or are not in their original condition.

Requesting a Return
To request a return, please send an email to info@londons-finest.com including your order number, address, and the reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you the correct return address. Please note: our return processing center is located outside the UK (Asia).

After receiving the return address, please ensure that your return shipment:

  • Is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Is clearly marked as 'Returns' on the outer packaging.

  • Is sent using an insured and traceable courier service (Track & Trace is mandatory) to avoid misunderstandings.

Once your parcel has been sent, please provide us with your tracking information by emailing info@londons-finest.com.

Return Terms and Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
  • Ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ensure all return packages are sent using a traceable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.
  • Ensure the return form is approved - failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Email us on info@londons-finest.com. Please provide your order number, address and reason for return. We will send the return form to you.

Step 2: Send your order
After your return has been approved and you have received the return address, send the items along with the completed return form to the provided address. Please note: this address is located outside the UK (Asia).

Make sure your parcel:

  • Is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Clearly states 'Returns' on the outer packaging.

  • Is shipped using a Track & Trace service — this is mandatory to avoid misunderstandings.

As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Please also email your tracking information to info@londons-finest.com once your package has been sent.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we've received the package, we'll ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
